- Rapid generation of highly pure excitatory neurons (7–10 days) and functional astrocytes (~1 month) with consistent marker expression and low batch-to-batch variation across multiple iPSC lines
- Formation of mature neural networks in neuron–astrocyte co-culture, showing stable firing activity and synchronized bursting with strong reproducibility across wells
