Job Functions:

Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Support: Prepare and issue quotes, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Order Management: Handle end-to-end order processing, including generating quotes, managing purchase orders, and coordinating with finance for invoicing.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new business opportunities within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients’ needs, including R&D, marketing, and product teams.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve sales goals by executing strategic plans and leveraging existing relationships. Actively manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting performance metrics.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of experience in R&D, business development, account management, or sales in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.Sc., or Ph.D.) in a relevant scientific or business discipline
- Existing network within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO, HubSpot)
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position.
- Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
